We turned up without an appointment, and were seen very quickly. Ali Rahmati was really helpful, and showed us a variety of cars, giving a realistic, nuanced view of pros and cons, while also taking to the time to train a new starter. Not being a “car person”. While they do sell extended warranties and extra coverage etc, along with financing options - I don’t feel like the approach to these was overly pushy as can definitely be the case with some dealerships. I felt well taken care of and had an overall really good experience

Great experience so far - Spent an evening long listing and shortlisting cars I’d like to see before I arrived. Jordan (Barnet Branch) helped me whittle this down even further based on my needs, and was able to quickly run through the options of the final three, including inspections and a test drive to confirm. We discussed PX on my old car and associated care packages and finance, and I completed the sale with all the information I needed. Jordan was excellent! He patiently took me through everything and his knowledge on the cars and all options re buying, was excellent! Wonderful pre sales care, and after paying a £1000 deposit, I look forward to collecting the car tomorrow.

Kas welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. He showed me all the options that i wanted to see and he was very patient, understanding and helpful. He made me coffee and he took his time to make sure i was happy with all the decisions made. I think that Kas should get a promotion because this was the best service I have had in a long time.
